• Research: action-orientated research involving qualitative and quantitative elements. These can involve migration profiles, diaspora mappings and surveys, trafficking in persons assessments, etc.
   

• Technical assistance to governments: development or amendment of government policy, procedure, or strategy.
   

• Capacity-building: provision of training on migration issues for governments, international organizations or NGOs; including curriculum development and design of trainer’s guides.
   

• Project design: development of project proposals.
   

• Monitoring and evaluation: evaluation of projects and development of end-of-program publications that tell the “impact story” of your work.
